Non-returnable items policy:
Please take note of our non-returnable items policy. Some specific items fall under this category, including perishable goods like fresh produce, custom-made products, and personal care items. European Union 14 day cooling off period
In case of European Union shipments, a distinct provision applies. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any specific reason. Similar to the prior guidelines, the item should remain in its original condition – unworn, unused, tags intact, and in its initial packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will promptly notify you about the approval status of your refund request. Once approved, a refund will be seamlessly processed to your original payment method within a span of 15 business days. Please bear in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card provider might introduce some delay.
